you probably have a blog that does not have unique content. i bet there are 1000s of blogs just like yours.
More traffic to your site. Traffic = money. how you do that is up to you as there are many ways. Start Social Media Campaigns targeted at your niche.
Maybe your niche is not adsense friendly - doesn't like to click on ads. Try moving Adsense ads around to test if Your CTR changes if not, maybe consider putting something else instead of adsense.
it seems that increasing traffic is the best solution. You can also try to place adsense ads in different places on your site to see if ctr increases.
Increasing the traffic will not increase the CTR in anyway, infact an increase in traffic could see the CTR actually drop, as the CTR is the ratio of visitors versus those clicking on ads. So if no one is clicking on the ads then more traffic will not necessarily result in more clicks. This sounds like an ad placement problem, and I cannot see how any of us can give advice without seeing the site. What size are the adsense ads? Where have you placed them? What is your websites content? How fast do your pages load etc etc. All of which need answering before anyone of us can give you any meaningful advice whatsoever Also if your site is the blog attached to your profile then I could not find any adsense on the site whatsoever - which could be a clue......
Increase traffic, use social networks to market your sites, change ad placements, sizes etc until you find good locations, SEO your sites work each day updating with unique content. It's doesn't happen over night give it a month or 2 then you should start seeing much better earnings!
Post 10,000 article in your website, if you do that and no earnings coming in your adsense account, go back here and ask that question of yours again. Not now, you do not even make a single hard work. Treat adsense as a real job, people!
Maybe your niche is not profitable, or your blog lack of quality contents. With quality content you don't have to do backlinks because automatically people will like your blog and recommend your blog to his/her friends in social network.
i think for having more earn, you need more pages indexed in google with good keywords, for example more than 1000 good pages indexed in google!
