    Anyways, I do hope FilESonic can fix this issue as soon as possible.

    Hopefully, the stats/earnings will not be lost...

    normal? the probles is IT CAN'T BACK NORMAL. CAUSE U CAN'T FIX PROBLEM .U HAVE OLD PROBLEM .LIKE STATS/FILES JUMPING FROM AUGUST 2010

    again and again u are telling "We are working on it", u spend much money for advertising to get more users, now u have them. they can't leave this filehost and can't work .every week the same problems...


    u stoped daily job, ur compesation must be for 3 days ,not only for current day, cause u stoped everything. users going to find the same post with links from other filehost

    Just chill men.. Let the guys work and fix the problem nothing can be resolve with anger.. Feel free to move on if you dont like the service :D oh wait Filesonic is the best xD.. Even Wupload is also having the same problem sudden slow down and laggy filemanager..

    I can access my Dashboard and File Manager but still can't download.

    True there. Filesonic is one of the fastest that I have used. Fileserve, Wupload and Oron are damn slow...

    We apologize for the issues that you have been facing. The site is already better now, but still not perfect.

    Our guys & the Data Center guys are working harder than ever to have this issue fixed ASAP.

    As usual, whenever we have a big issue with the site, and we feel there is a need to compensate you guys (although no one will be compensating us), we will do it. So rest assured, you won't be loosing much in this situation, it is FileSonic.com that will be loosing!

    We appreciate your patience and please forgive me if I don't answer all posts here.

    Whenever we have an issue we work on it and have it fixed. There is no issue since August 2010... You are the only to say this and its the first time I hear it from you... If I knew before, I would have asked the guys to take a look!

    You are wrong, not every week the same problems! It has been a long time we didnt have issues (until 2 weeks ago) ..

    "u stoped daily job" ... It is not us who stopped, it is the data center that had the issue and we are all loosing. If you think you are loosing, imagine us!

    We are loosing alot, and we will still compensate all affiliates. Who will compensate us?

    But I guess some guys don't really appreciate hard work and dedications we offer every single day... ANd when the problem isn't from us, they still blame us! Although they know that if the problem is from us we ALWAYS compensate... Thanks for the positive response, makes me feel that we are working hard for a good cause :)

    u're loosing, it means we are loosing. As i know it's the same. Fs jumping from august 2010, after sharingmatrix, i think it's not news!

    The problems after one week and after 2 weeks it's the same too, it means u can't fix it... ( "you" i mean the people who's working on it as i said)

    Mate you are right,but not in all points.
    You have a company ,which offer a good affiliate program,but we can not work,if your site is unstable.
    Our work is uploading and promoting and your work is to keep the site stable.

    It's weekend, grab a beer and relax. I know these are the peek days of the week but what can we do from across the globe if not wait ? Or if you want action prepare more material in advance, code your posts and get more spare time after everything is fixed ;) Sure, my megathreads cry right now but complaining will not fix the problem faster.
