Precisesecurity was launched in 2005 and has been very popular in fighting malware and other forms of viruses. It provides guidelines in removing computer threats. The site has gained traffic in an organic way – through search engines.
We decided to sell the site because the group who started this have come into different ways and managing different things. The group felt that the site would be wasted if it goes into hiatus mode when no one wanted to update it anymore. It’s been 6 years since it started. Now, the time has come that each of the members wanted to do other things other than maintaining a web site.


Financial Details
The site is monetized by Affiliates and PPC campaign. It has earned US$280,000 from Adsense alone (see attached image). Average PPC income per month is at $4,700 while Affiliate is $1,300. Only expenses to maintain the site are hosting and domain, no paid marketing campaign. So, there is a big opportunity to improve the revenue.

@jaghu, I think you are selling site that isn't yours. There are no $980 October earnings as posted on flippa.com. How did you come up with that number? And besides, why didnt you mentioned in your post that this web site is selling for US$50,000? Guys, you should deal directly with the owner, there is a contact us page on the site. That's what I did. I also sent messages on flippa.
