Online Radio - new design, please review

Hi guys please review a new site my friends and I have created

Armenian Radio Gayane

Waiting for good and bad comments

 

good looking website
pretty cool, music is loud and clear to listen, tell you friend good luck with his new site
also the flash animation is superb, good pictures used

I really like the flash header - it works very well. I was rather startled by the loud music though when the page finished loading as i had my speakers turned up rather load. Maybe consider having the music initially stopped and actually giving the user the option to start the music. Having the music automatically playing may have implications on people with slow modem connections hence the site might not actually load properly or at all...

 

Great design, nice use of colours.

Unfortunately the client insisted on keeping the music on when you visit. the site is created for France and I don't think people there have slow internet connection. Surely I will have problems browsing it with a dial up connection from Armenia, but I guess not in Europe. My uncle tested it and said it loads just great in Germany.

I'll try to reduce the volume and keep it not in top but in the middle

In that case your right - France has what is regarded as the best communications network (as far as i know) - whether your looking at tv, broadband or phone France is well ahead of most other places in Europe. Obviously though the more people who can view the site the better.

 

Color palette is nice, don't care for all the gradients but its pure personal taste. Nicely done.

 

Nice design and I am on a slow connection, but it loaded just fine.
