Buying Need PHP/Javascript Programmer to fix error on my site ($50)

    So I bought a site which when tested on the old persons server, worked perfectly...

    However transferred it to my server, and theres a problem..

    I have an online photo editor (sort of) where the up, down, left, and right arrows have stopped working in their corresponding direction.

    Im sure the problem is a small one, though lost as to where to look. I'm offering $50 to anyone who can fix it. If you think your knowledgeable send me a PM and we'll go from there..
