Best ways to promote your own affiliate program

I own a successful "get paid to" site which got lots of users.
I have my own affiliate program for the site, which is hosted on the site itself (not through Cpa network).

My own users are aware of it, and using it.

im launching a new affiliate program which i honestly believe pays very nicely for my users.

im looking to find a way to find new people from out side my own users, which would start using my affiliate program and send me new users.

-- What would be the best ways to get to as many people as possible ?
(im not trying to sell it here, im looking for advice)
my site is in the 'make money online' niche.

-- Also, is there a way i can get to one of those make-money gurus ?
If one of these guys join my program and send me traffic from his site/list,
That can be amazing. and also i honestly believe he will benefit too cause my site converts pretty good, so he will get paid.

-- I thought about also having the affiliate program hosted on a cpa network, in addition my my own one.
    do you recommend that ?
Would it be smart to do it on many networks at the same time?

-- Do you have any other tips as how to get more people to my affiliate program?

Promote your site and affiliate offer on other forums related to your niche. that would be a good way to start.

It's a little harder to persuade people to join your affiliate program when you run it in-house. You might want to try running it through Clickbank. Even if your product is great, people are going to wonder whether or not they're going to get paid.

Ok Ive thought about doing it with a cpa network.
    2 questions:

Am i allowed to run both of them in the same time ?
    (in house + affiliate)

also, do they do revshare ? so then i would pay %% of what they make, instead of buying a lead, which then leave me with a risk of him not signing up ?

Its always the niche related forums from where you can get those affiliates. You also can use social media marketing to get them. Most make money online blogs run by the gurus also have the option of guest posting. So make the best use of it.

Web companies use services from affiliate experts and software platforms from the professional sources. The combination of IP address and cookies are used by such companies for tracking referrals to rely over the best. When the visitors come to the affiliated company’s website through that particular affiliate link, the referral gets registered to the company’s affiliate system with the placement of a cookie to the user’s computer.

You can promote almost anything on your own Facebook page (click here for an example).
You can also promote almost anything on your tweets and/or your signature (email and/or forum site)

you can promote it through CPA networks since they have access to a wider audience. if you would like me to take a look at your program I might be able to help. I run Operation Offers. We run Non incent and incentive traffic
