I have windows xp HOME edition. I am fully updated.

Whenever I try to install Apache it hangs about 75% of the way. No other web-server is installing. Remember I have WindowsXP Home Edition.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks

Go by Sokkit :p im a totally idiot when it comes to setting up servers and stuff like that so i heard and tried out something called Sokkit. It basically installs and sets up a server for you which is excellent for anyone wanting to set up a test server or run a server from their home computer etc. Id highly recommend it...

Cool, never come across that before, looks like a good and free alternative to Sokkit!
