    Sorry Guys,

but just wanted to upload an ebook and it does not work (upload stops always at 75%).

I searched for a help somthing for 15 mins...

I will not get me a twitter account to follow you and ask for help

How can I trust you guys with all my delicate info if you are less than transparent??

How can I trust you if I receive no help?

The support at WF is far from nice or supportive, but they DO have some support

    Thanks

    Dan

This is your first post so you did not request help by posting. Have you tried the contact method using the button at the bottom of the page?

    Hi Cucumba,

    thanks

well, I do not want to discuss my Paypal "privacies" openly in a forum
and I do not think that other users can help me with an server upload issue

And the only contact method I can see is the "contact/follow us on twitter"...is that the one you meant??

    Thanks again

    dan

Have you checked if the file size of your eBook fit into the allowed file size to upload?
You probably want to know what are the file types allowed as attachments and their allowed size limit before you complain. Click on the [IMG] icon on your File Upload Manager for the details.

    Thanks Abhik,

firstly, which good ground covering ebook is smaller than 10 MB?

Secondly, if you closely look at what I complained about is that there is no contact , except for following twiiter feed..

you may want to reread my complaint

    Thanks

    Da

If you don't trust us with the info, you definitely shouldn't give us the info. Simple as that... I would never give my PayPal or Analytics credentials to a site I didn't trust for whatever person reason I had for not trusting them.

But if not trusting us revolves around us not being psychic about what your issue is, that's just well... silly.

What exactly are you looking for to be more "transparent"?

You can't receive help if you don't ask... this thread is the first I heard that you needed help.

That being said, how big is the eBook? What browser/OS are you using?
