    I just planned to buy new cell phone so please suggest me which one is the best NOKIA or SAMSUNG. Also suggest me which OS is most user friendly Android or Windows.

    Nokia is not number 1 yet...Samsung is ahead with its processors and hardparts.Also android beats symbian.Just take a look at the samsung nexus models and you will see the difference :p

    I have to say Samsung SII but with the Nexus Prime coming out that's a nice one. I have the 4s personally though. I wish Google made a powerful compact phone.

    I think nokia is better but that's just because the only time I had a different phone then nokia it was a samsung which broke after a week so yep nokia for me ever since.

    Nowadays Android OS is very hot right now.. Nokia should be aware with his symbian..
    I advise you to buy Samsung or Sony Ericsson with Android OS..
    Why Android? simply because it's more Customizable..
