My friends do not like sleeping during day time. Due to heavy load in my routine, I sometimes sleep even in the mid-day. Why sleeping in this time is so bad?
I think you have to sleep when your mind wants to sleep, because sleeping is like recharges our body..
Because sleep in the midday will make your IQ capability decrease,but if you ask this issue to western peoples you will be laughed because you ask for a irrational question
I think that the best sleeping time is night which the God made and every person needs to sleep at night as it also helps for relaxation of your body. Any how, It,s your choice to sleep at any time.
I'm sure that our organism knows well when its host should sleep and how much as well either. So if I'm not mistaken it's not cool to sleep during the sunset because of biomagtetic field changing.
Meh. I love sleeping during the day, have always been a night owl and seem to be most productive when it's late and there's less distractions.
Let your body tell you what to do. You don't have to live with anyone else's sleep patterns but your own. There is no absolute "good" time to sleep or "bad" time to sleep. That being said, I am jealous of people who can power-nap. I can't fall asleep naturally in daylight, nor can I sleep much more than five hours a night. Sometimes I wish I could sleep, recharge, and wake up refreshed thirty minutes later. Though I have a feeling I'll have to do that out of necessity when I'm older.
