    I love cold pizza. Its weird, but they actually taste better to me. Sometimes I buy a Dominos pizza, eat one slice and then just save it for breakfast. Its so good!

    I like cold pizza as well, though I won't let it sit (in the fridge with saran wrap) for more than a day or two before throwing it out.

    I took a Food Handler Safety Course, and I learned about how bacteria grow on food, especially if it contains protein. Chilling it to under 4 degrees Celsius slows the growth of bacteria, while freezing stops it. Ruined me for leaving food out.

    There are well over a million bacteria living on pizza when it is fresh. Even more on your hands or the plates you may use to eat the pizza.
    Luckily the human digestive system is a terrifyingly hostile place for bacteria, it turns out many of them have significant difficulty surviving when submerged in gastric acids, who knew?

    4 hours in the open (e.g in a pizza box on the coffee table, ambient temp <20c).
    48 hours in the fridge.
    When I buy pizza, I buy 2x and put one straight in the fridge for breakfast & lunch. Classy, I know.
