Selling PR 2 Technology Blog with Adsense and Affiliate Earnings

    Hey,

    I am selling a PR 2 Technology Blog which was started earlier this year.

    Domain - TechBlogX.com

    About TechBlogX - It is a Technology blog which covers latest technology news and gadget reviews. So far, we have reviewed popular gadgets like iPad, Motorola Xoom, BlackBerry Playbook and others.

    Traffic - I hired a couple of people to work on the SEO of the blog, the blog used to rank good for many competitive keywords and at this time I don't have anyone working on the SEO of the blog but it still ranks good for many keywords. Google is the #1 source of traffic for TechBlogX. Please check the analytics attached to this thread.

    Revenue -

    #1 - October Revenue - Almost $647

    Google Adsense - $ 405

    Amazon - $45

    Infolinks - $47

    Paid Reviews - $150

    #2 - September Revenue - Almost $488

    Google Adsense - $276

    Amazon - $78

    Infolinks - $34

    Paid Reviews - $100

    Template - TechBlogX uses Thesis Template with a custom skin which costed me around $175 (excluding the cost of thesis template).

    Content - 100% unique articles, 50% of them are written by me and the rest are written by professional content writers.

    This blog was never started with the idea of selling, I have spent my time and money on this blog and worked hard so that I could earn a living with it. But for some reasons, I am not able to concentrate on the projects which needs more time, I hired people so that I could keep this blog running too but it isn't working out as it should cause it does needs time and attention. If you're a blogger then you must be knowing that blog needs time and if you're not a blogger then you should know that it will generate revenue only if you add unique content to it and give it time.

    iTraders does matter to me and I won't be selling this blog to someone with 0 iTraders or someone with a lot of negative iTraders. Serious buyers can send me offers via PM. Revenue proofs will only be sent to serious buyers.

    P.S. - The buyer will also be getting the contact details of people who are interested in advertising on Technology blog.

    the traffic is falling badly... whats the current per day traffic... and whats the revenue from adsense

    Sent a PM to everyone who asked for income proof.

    Traffic is not falling badly, there was just a big jump in the traffic cause I was ranking for many competitive keywords. Traffic is back to normal cause I haven't published any good article lately and I am not spending any money on the SEO now.
