Then why would you sell it?

 

Good question, there are a few reasons. Firstly, probably the main reason, I have too many sites, and my server is struggling to cope. Altogether I have around 30 sites, and a lot of them are autoblogs. If you have autoblog plugins running on 30 sites on the server, that puts a huge strain on the server, and uses a lot of resources. So I'm trying to offload some of the autoblogs, replacing some with static sites, rather than blogs. Secondly, I feel that to develop the site further and increase the earnings, I would need to build some backlinks. I simply don't have time to do that for 30 sites, so again I'm looking to offload some. I have 2 sites listed for sale at the moment, and will be listing a few more, including my 2 highest earning sites.
