Rules Justification for infraction: its completely illogical MODS relook into it

I posted this thread in BST and got infraction for posting in wrong section.

How can you classify it as content 'http://forums.digitalpoint.com/showthread.php?t=2315392' where it has been moved now after adding infraction to me. its completely senseless as this thread is selling a product which i created after lot of research and its NOT a piece of content, it is not an article, not a rewrite, not a database or neither any preexisting thing.

BST says: Market place for buying or selling services, products, etc.
Content thread says: Users buying and selling content (including databases) can conduct business here. This is for pre-existing content only.

I completely don' t agree with the one sided illogical decision of mod who moved my thread to wrong section now.

 

Which section is moved to now.

 

I had posted in BST section, which was moved to content section by some illogical moderator after giving me useless infraction, its really frustrating seeing people who don't possess the quality to moderate but still holding chair. Its just bringing DP down down down

 

Anyone is going to look into this please?

 

Maybe start more threads so you can be sure they see you. Or just keep back to back (consecutive) posting to this one. I am full of good ideas for you.

I was being sarcastic since you have already alerted them so now show some patience. Your double posting in this thread is likely to get you another infraction.

Let me tell you a secret, neodragon.

The moderators at DP are like ninja's. they give infractions without leaving their name behind.
-Sometimes they tell you which topic and sometimes they don't.
-Sometimes they move the topic, and other times they delete it.
-Sometimes they give you a reason and other times they don't.

All I know is its best to stay away from them because if they don't like you then they will go directly in your profile, look through all of your posts, and blast a wack load of infractions to temporarily ban you. Arguing with them here is pointless.

Its really too much of psychopath moderator of BST section, I am suffering because of brainless moves of some psycho mod. just go ahead and ban me already you gave me 4 infractions. I am done with this forum. Good bye and god bless you. I can't work with such people

I am now 100% sure that BST mod doesn't have brain and sense.

first he moved my sales thread which was in BST and which 100% deserved to be in BST section to content section illogically => result i got infraction of wrong category for his faulty decision
I challenged this faulty decision in this thread and got second infraction -- great
Once that psycho MOD moved my thread to wrong section(content from BST) so as usual my sales pitch got ruined as he had put it into wrong category (content section)

So i released product for FREE in Cheap Stuff forum.

Now that great psycho MOD showed his face again giving one more infraction for duplicate thread and he merged sales thread(from content section) and FREE release thread(from cheap stuffs)(Is he blind or what, can't differentiate what is difference between sales thread and free giveaway thread).

Seriously this is the last time i have done some favor to this forum members by giving my product for free. now i am badly pissed off and will never ever do anything for this forum
