[HELP] need suggestion about limited paypal

Hello Digital Forumers,..

I`m from Indonesia, 6 months ago because some urgent need to receive payment through paypal, i bough ready-to-use paypal account from some one.
Next 2 weeks after received my payment, paypal limited my account because some problem with bank account that used to verified my paypal account, and when i asked to the seller, he said it was Virtual Bank Account.
He only gave me the VBA account number without any other help to release the limit on my paypal.

Paypal decides to limit my account permanently and i need to add new bank account (US)

Is there any option i can withdraw my paypal balance now?

From what i read, in the past people can use etrade security to withdraw paypal balance, but i think that option is not available anymore.

Any suggestion will be appreciated.

if you are using virtual creditcard or bank account, please note expire date.
normally PP will send you notification before the time your card expire and you just need to add another one.

 

Very easy to solve your problem. You just have to find someone who will give you a new bank account. They are available.

 

Or you can use VCC to verify your Paypal acc

 

Could you please give me suggestion who i should contact for trusted bank account seller that i can use to withdraw my paypal balance and make visa card to withdraw my balance from ATM?

I think i cannot withdraw my balance to VCC.

Ok after trying this and that i got US bank account.

This morning paypal send me email :
Your PayPal funds are now eligible for withdrawal.

You may transfer the funds directly to your bank account via online bank transfer or you may request a check from PayPal. Please let us know how you would like to receive the funds by logging in to your account.
As a reminder, access to your account will remain limited.

While access to your account is limited, you may:
* place logos into your auction listings or on your website
* update your account information
* withdraw funds from your account

You may not:
* send or request money
* receive payments
* add funds to your account
* close your account

So i log in to my paypal account and try to add my US bank account, but i got brand new problem from paypal.

It said "You are currently not allowed to add a bank account because your account access has been limited."

Is there any step i missed? my paypal eligible for withdrawal, i have US bank account but cannot add my bank account to paypal.

Is there any suggestion guys?

I need help here.
