Contest $50 Logo Contest

We are looking for a simple/professional logo for a new website called DIY Landlord Forms.

- The colors should be blue/black/grey.
- Focus on the text but would like an icon to reflect either "real estate" or "documents/forms" or both.
- slogan is "By Landlords for Landlords", that is optional for the logo.
- Payment via paypal, I cover fees.
