Like you see here in on image below, so should be easy to copy that. http://www.supremecourt.gov/images/banner-long-end2.gif I need it the exact size of this gif (454x93), because I am just swapping out a new image for the old one. YOU ARE MAKING A NEW VERSION OF THIS IMAGE: http://www.supremecourt.gov/images/banner_seal2.gif All I want it to say is "LAWS & CODES" or "LAWS and CODES" (I am open to both and which ever looks better design wise.) My site is the same as the SupremeCourt's website in terms of colors, so it just need to fit. This is really going to get awarded to the first person who gives me something decent.
