    I dont have advertising anymore on this site so i cant give you proof, but i used smowtion company which was pretty got for it but i guess i could gain much more from it.

    It is ok to host it on shared hosting.

    It didnt come with any admin pannel so i dont have any, its totaly automatic.
    I created:
    - user system,
    - file management for registered users,
    - remote uploading,
    - unique design
    all from scratch
