Well, yes. The only way PayPal will let you "take" payment is through them, so you would have to have a PayPal account. I know there IS a way for Pakistanis so do it, since we have Pakistanis who have it, but I don't know what procedure they use.

Here I am again. What about Payoneer to Payoneer card Transaction? I think it is possible, but what are the charges? I heard a representative of you telling its free for peer to peer transfer, but when I visited the load page of Payoneer just to make sure its true...it says either of the two has to pay a fee around 7$ or so? Please, clear this confusion thanks

Card to card transactions are free to our affiliate and adult users. The charge to others is minimal - definitely not $7. It's possible that you clicked the "Load Money to Card" link, which is private loads from a Visa or MasterCard.

The C2C service is only available to those who hold cards from the partners that offer it. If the partner does not want to enable this service, then it will not be available to the cardholders. Also, it needs to be enabled for both the sender of the funds and the receiver of he funds.

To perform this transfer, log in to My Account, click Tools - Transfer to Another Card. If this option does not appear in My Account, it means that it isn't enabled by your partner.

There is maximum payment for the Virtual Account. You can only have $10K on your card at a time, though, so it may be split up into a few smaller payments if it's more than that, but they will appear in your account balance immediately.

We don't have a checking account, by the way...

I made a mistake. I meant there is NO limit for the Virtual Account. The VA is NOT a checking account. You can only receive payments via ACH, not checks, and you cannot issue checks either. I just wanted to clarify that

The limit on the CARD is indeed $10K, but your ACCOUNT balance is unlimited. We have users with much more than $30K.

Unfortunately, you will not be able to apply for a virtual account until you have received at least 3 payments from one of our partners. It doesn't have to be the partner you signed up with, it can be any of them or a combination of them.

are there any taxes to pay when using payoneer? Also can the person owning this card face legal problem when using it?
