    Is there a facebook bot that can post to fan pages and group walls that i tell it to at regular intervals

    Imagine how can a human post 100 updates one minutes, that's why post too many walls in a very short time will get banned.

    Use a Wordpress site to post on your Facebook page via RSS on the Notes area of Facebook.

    If you cannot figure it out, too bad ;-)

    Even if it is possible you would have to do it at a speed that isn't noticed and it would have to vary between posting. If your bot can't do that you will get banned.

    Yeah it would need to be at intervals of 1 wall post per page per hour
    Would that be too fast?

    I think it's ok, but don't post the same updates on a wall, you should better to make the updates a little different. :D

    Facebook system could detect almost famous bot now. Don't risk it.

    I agree with the others and suggest to stay away from any kind of bot. If you do use them, you will get banned. It can also mean the fan page 'username' will be banned as well and cannot be used again.

    Well, I use groups, mostly business groups for advertising at FB and for each group I post manually...for about 100 groups I need about 1 hour ;) ...and I never get captchka checking for posts... the FB posting bot should have a kind of timing for posting :p
