    Im selling my forum site and everything included with it. Please remember this is a non active forum but with a little advertising could be huge. Throw in some advertising and it can pay for itself and make some cash for you. Great domain name and look dont miss this sale.

    What the site comes with.

    Domain name: xblforum.com (PR1 domain)
    Forum software: IPB with content addon expires Feb 2012 (please see attached image)
    The design i customized for the site.
    FREE INSTALLATION TO YOUR SERVER OR HOSTING ACCOUNT

    You will have to buy the xbox live mod that is on the forum to continue to use it. Its a cheap mod and easily configurable.

    Here is the current stats. The site was moved to a different server recently but it had about 40-50 true active members that were visiting daily for the first few months. Then real life issues came up and i could not attend to the forum like i wanted to and the people i trusted didnt do a good job. So to me its a failed venture that someone else with time and energy can put into it. Below is the image

    I need more proof that you own the software can we see the email they would of sent and dose the buyer get the IPB account aka logins
