You can automate it if you just want to have bunches of links to your site. But remember Google guidelines stated that linking to bad neighborhoods will surely hurt your site.

 

the right question should be: how to build quality links?

 

if you wanna build quality link building then you can buy links or you can use directory or bookmarking sites for building fast links.

 

look around the site im sure you can find a way.

 

For forums links should I use only do follow forums ?

Faster means illegal.Google don't like it. if you are so busy to build high quality links then i think its better to hire some SEO specials who will do the link building process manually. hire 3/4 persons for building your links. i think its enough to get rank in a good time.
