Buying traffic is not always the best option. It may be far easier than to constant optimize your sites for the search engines, but it can still be a complicated process. I am doing all the off page optimization methods but i am still to get some handsome traffic.

 

Not so much promoting as giving out information. I am not saying buying traffic doesn't work, just that anyone (particularly the newbies) should enter it with care. The more knowledge you have on something, the less risks you run.

 

If you have so many sites, reduce them. Pick up some with quality contents and concentrate on them. Market them as many guys suggested you and you will have good results.

Checked out your site and it is very good. Nice on page SEO. Good main keyword with 5,400 exact searches per month. Your other keywords are, perhaps, ambitious, as they have around 128,000,000 and 520,000,000 competing websites! Even Chuck Norris would have trouble beating all of them.

Perhaps create another page which is not a direct affiliate link to the other site. Optimize this page for the exact name of the product you are promoting. Link to the site several times from within this new page. A hint: Use backlinks for a single page rather than an entire site. That is, rank for that page...

Your site is very good. All it needs is lots of backlinks to rank a single page and you will do very well.
Also, perhaps change the name in the menu from Home to Ballerina Diet. Lots of backlinks to your domain and lots of backlinks to the other page I suggested.
