Everyday after returning home I feel so tired and stressed-up that I hardly have the energy to do anything. I try to watch some tv but hardly like it. So yesterday I was thinking how do people unwind at the end of a long and stressful day? How do you make yourself stress-free? Do you have any suggestions? Your advices will be much appreciated.
Try google, Or is there anything you like to do? I like spending time with my pet snake or watching my fish. Sometimes I even go out in front my house and drive nitro rc cars . Spend some time with a pet animal or maybe someone you have feeling for. Good Luck and hope all goes well with you.
Exercise. I can feel so tired and exhausted but if I exercise, I feel re-energized afterwards and also more relaxed. Go for a walk like Jouvan Johnson suggested and keep a fast pace. Or use an exercise machine while you watch TV.
The biggest thing with stress is that there is not just a "one size fits all" solution. Just find something that makes you happy, that you enjoy doing and obviously is stress free. It sounds like the problem is you just don't have a hobby that you truly enjoy. Just figure yourself out and make yourself happy. if you are working all day then when it's over you deserve to do whatever you want within reason so get happy!
the only thing that helps me is meditation. I do it early in the morning and late at night for a few minutes.
May be try beating something or someone whom you don't like. I am sure it will help you to beat stress.
Play your favorite video game or watch one of your favorite movie. If you listen to your favorite song, it will beat your stress just for few minutes. Therefore I suggest playing your favorite video game or watching your favorite movie. I think it is a good way to beat your stress.
watching funny movies, playing video game/PC game, and travelling... for me that's all i do when i get stress...

Best way to beat stress:- prayer,meditation,self help books,a hobby to keep your mind off things.If you will do all these definitely stress never can touch you.
