Ok. I am an indian and i have beeen using a different method to get money. But now i want to use my own paypal account. Which Indian banks does it accept. Does it accept PNB. I could not find this question on their website.
Yes, PNB bank account will work. Add credit card and bank account details of your PNB and you are set.
You need to provide your PAN number and CC for verification. Because you can't send payment through PayPal balance. You need to use your CC.
You are absolutely right. You don't need CC for verification. But you will not able send any money from paypal. Or in other way your paypal will work one way. You will be able accept payment and withdraw them in bank account.
Yes, almost all private and nationalized banks are supported in PayPal. As per new rules of PayPal, you will need to add your PAN Number as well as credit card to get started. You will also need to add your bank account in your Paypal.
If you want to just recv. amount, you don't need an CC for auto-withdraw. Just add your bank account to the paypal account, get the account confirmed it could take up to 2 - 7 business working days. You need to add your PAN as well, else your pp would be limited. After this you can go ahead and start receiving funds but you can't send funds unless you add & verify an CC into the account.
One of my friend says that he is using paypal with hix axis bank debit card to make payments. I don't know the full details but may be its accepted.
Hii Samarvrn, can you please confirm from your friend about axis bank credit card.If it is really working then i am going to open an axis bank account immediately.

Well i was talking about debit cards and he says that he ahs to enable power transfer on it and it is working. He not even can recive funds but also can pay with it.
I just want to purchase stuff online ,so can i use axis bank debit card to verify paypal and make only transactions worldwide?? I don't need payment receiving option ,do i still have to enable power transfer??
Power transfer is necessary for making payments not for receiving payments. I will get him by tomorrow and tell you guys if anything else is required.
Well that may be easy for you but here no bank employee knows about these things. I have asked with many banks about this all say call customer care no to get this info and when we call customer care no they say contact your branch for this info. What the h**l
Hi Samarvrn , have you got complete information about axis bank debit card working with paypal?? please reply as soon as possible bro. Also ask him about axis bank e-wallet.
Sorry for the late reply. I was busy due to diwali. he says he has just enabled power transfer and thats it. I am also going to get a debit card from axis bank. I will apply on monday and will get it in a week then i will be able to provide proper confirmation on what to do and how to do.
thanks Samarvrn for the news. I am going to wait until you confirm that by yourself. HAPPY DIWALI TO EVERYONE.
There is also one easy and safe way, using HDFC Bank. If you have HDFC Debit Card then you can register for Netsafe card which works as a Virtual Credit Card. Through it not only you can verify your paypal account but also protect your card number from any online theft.
