I feel its true at the starting stage of my site i didn't get response but later my domain get old age google give me some preference i get good response in search engines

The domain age is one factor but did not give it more importance. content and online promotion techniques can make difference. new idea such as facebook,twitter and Youtube you can make your business in the top for just one year.

P.S. I'm not sure how the SEs know you're paid well in advance, but many articles have been written saying that this is a fact.

 

Don't worry too much about old domains, we could bit them especially if they don't have good content, they have high bounce rate, our site's on page and off page seo is better than those old domain. What is important is on page seo [keyword in URL, Title and description, also unique content and preferably your site has a low bounce rate] and off page seo [backlinks are relevant to your keyword].... With these, I could guarantee you every time you make a site it will always be ranked on the first page of google for your keyword, but it also depends on the competing sites if they also have these.

 

I guess an old domain and fresh content can work great together.
