i am alertpay users from quiet a time mastercard and visa card had some issues wih alertpay as you told previously .Indian users had a option for 3D secure Service in alertpay 1 month back it was a really good option to make payment via credit card but somehow its not there now why its a great for users so that credit card fraud can be less with then and there is more security making payment via credit card mastercard and visa . Please try to enable the option

i want to say that very very pathetic customer care ALERTPAY has
I don't know they harass all peoples or not
but in my case they harass me

and the name of the representative is - quinn

they cant accept my genuine indian govt id card voters card because indian govt voters card dont have date of birth

And I don't have passport because I never go outside india and i am not fallen under income tax groups so i dont have pan card

now i don't have any other option to collect a special card from Indian govt for using alertpay

so I think i will lost my fund and hacker will utilize my fund

so my suggestion to each and every Indian if you dont have passport or pan card then please dont use alertpay
if u use alertpay without having passport or pan card then U will loose all your money anytime

Alertpay now is turning to scam i think. Most of them have bad feedbacks

 

They also ignore tickets

 

yep my experience is very bad
they cant accept my GENUINE INDIAN GOVT VOTER ID CARD

IF INDIAN GOVT PRIME MINISTER KNOW THIS HE WILL BAN ALERTPAY IN INDIA DEFINITELY

 

the end of the week is here and nothing happend

 

Alertpay is trusted not a Scam !
- There is Only One Problem There Staff are too lazy
- they do reply but lately .!!

I dont know if alertpay convert in Scam, i only know alertpay have me money for 17 Days and i cant use and withdrawal and nothing, the staff say me for pm the last past week the problem its fixed in that week, and its not resolved, Its not serious company

i would like to follow up on my ticket. it has been 5 days already and no reply from anyone

I myself haven't got any problems with Alertpay. I totally not agree if some people here thing that AP become Scam.

 

Alertpay is very costly I preferred paypal or moneybooker.
