@guys that didn't receive the payments - check if you have minimum payouts until Friday, i have 16$ now but only 14 and something Friday night - just a thought... i was in this situation

I guess some guys have trust issues because they got screwed over before by someone else and thinks everyone is the same

I hope one day they realize that the world is a good place and there are still honest people living in it

Guys, whatever you say, there are just a theory. without any proof its completely useless. In all the filehosts i used, FileSonic is the most trustworthy and supportive. Peace

 

Hish any info what happnd with paypal info on people accounts?
some ppl like me not changed anything and there is no info in 'payments' about paypal adress..
and of corse we missed last payment..

Don't want to mention the number and names of the hosts that I have a bad experience with. Anyway, Fileonic's the one that I never had issues with.

I think my account has been hacked. No way my account sold less than 10 premiums in 4-5 weeks. If I posted like this in Feb-Jul it would have been at least 50 premiums.

I don't know what's the problem nowdays, but since 2-3 days more and more servers have problems. I already wrote to you yesterday and a day before a problematic servers but again and again come the same nowdays: I upload something, I try the link after and the download window is opening very slow (30-40 sec) or simply it's dead, the link doesn't open the download window. I already had some message from different forums that the downloaders have problem with my Filesonic links. So please tell me is there some general problem (maybe Filesonic have again less space like some months ago) ? And please tell me when will this server problems will be solved, because this is very bad for download numbers and sale numbers too. (for example my download number -which is very balanced- is droped in the last couple of days since these server problems started)

The new problems:

s343 dead

s310 is opening the download window very slow (around 30-40 sec)

Please tell these problems for Filesonic technicians and please answer me about what do you think when it will be over?

We are performing maintenance on many of our servers.

s310 is already getting better.

I asked them to have a look at s343 ASAP

I trust Filesonic and I am not worry that they wont pay me. They always been punctual by paying me on time for the past one year. However I just want to be sure it is not because of my settings.

When I look into my settings, I have discovered my paypal account info is gone and there is a new user interface. Is this the root cause of why I did not receive any payment this week?
Now that I have entered back the account, does it mean i have already missed this week and will have to wait for next week for payment?

Well, this happened due to a replication bug. Some people were seeing their payment info and when they refresh its gone. Then they refresh again and it shows up again!

Anyway, we fixed this very recently and very few accounts had the payment info removed.

Since you have already saved it again, all I need is your user ID (you can PM me) and ill make sure your payout goes out today!

somehow my payment type got deleted in settings.I don't know why, so I didn't get payment this time. Again I have added paypal as the payment. I need to wait till next week for the payment and Thx Hish for doing the favor I had asked via mail
