Reason for selling

I get about a couple hundred new article submissions a day, I don't have time to do article approvals. Takes about 5-30 minutes a day. You probably don't want to auto approve all articles, just the quality unique ones. I would like new owner to continue approving quality articles for visitors. In total there are 27,000 articles in database.

No paid promotions is done for this site. The only major marketing I did is have the site link in my forum signature.

why is it non transferable as it is licensed to the domain?

 

This script is license under 1 unlimited license which is under the old owner's account for articles411. The old owner has been kind enough to share the unlimited subrion account with me since I purchased. But old owner will not share account again to new owner. Therefore, new buyer will have to purchase a single subrion license under his own account. Anyhow, I have asked subrion to see if they can transfer license without charge or even at a discount. But for now, let's just assume there's a $149 charge for license fee.

Hi Shellyboy911, can you post 2 or 3 months of Adsense earnings using the NEW adsense interface: in it, select Performance Reports at top, then select Sites on left, then select just the url you are selling, and set the dates from August 1, 2011 to today and take a screenshot of that screen?
