what is more important: links or content?

hello!

i have websites with hundreds of posts, each post targeting a keyword and i just dont have the time to backlink every post.

so i wonder what should i focus on right now, more links or more content?

The answer to your question is very simple : BOTH! Unique content Google love. If you post at least a day , unique content you will have very good experiences in Serps and especilly traffic. But if you want to become a real tough player you need to start a link building campaign.

links is useless without content but the content is a great way to get the links.

 

Try and at least get each post indexed, then it will naturally create links.

I agree. Backlinking to a site that has no value is a waste of time. If you are selling something, it's not bringing visitors to your site that is going to make you money but converting those visitors into paying customers.

 

Both go hand in hand,but i think content just has the edge.

 

I believe that links and content hold an equal amount of weight.For example, i am in the process of creating a completely new website for my website hosting company; and i want a good Google Rank because i have been working hard on the company over the last 4 years, and with only a PR3 on the original domain name, i have purchased a new domain name (which is more related to my Niche) and i am now writing lots of content.But alongside the idea of the content, i also need good ratings in Google and that is why; as i build the content, i also build a relevant set "3-4" links to go with the content page to help give it the exposure it will deserve.Intenal links are also important because it helps the Search Engine Spider search through your site and index more pages.I hope that this has been of some help.

 

both are important for seo purpose, if you have rich content then your website will get advantage of it, and link building is important factor for seo....

 

Content and links both have their own importance. But I'll vote to content because if your site does not have good quality relevant content, there is no mean howmany links your website have. They will not make their impact.
