I have similar experiences. Yestarday the s293 server was down (technical feedback for Hish: now s293 is OK)

And today I have a same problem with s340. 30-40 sec download window opening... Hish, please tell to the technicians that s340 has problem! Thanks.

update: Now s340 is temporary not available.
