Do EDU Domains Get High PR Easier?

I own 10 different EDU domains, haven't touched them in 3-4 years. If I start building them up, does the .edu give it any more authority when it comes to getting a high PR on the site?

I plan to develop them for personal use, once they hit high PR I want to rent out links.

 

Yes , edu sites are valuable with google. They will get more value with google.

 

Its true Google give preference to EDU and GOV back links, I will suggest you do not use EDU domain for personally. Try to sell this domain to any educational organization in big amount

 

.edu and .gov extn are considered to have a good stand in google SERP

 

.edu domains and backlinks are powerful. But if you are having an edu.xx (like edu.ms) don't expect much results.

 

The domains I have are .edu links, all education related.

 

How can someone have .edu domains? They are for education organizations in USA.
