Sorry if this appears to be a rant, but I´m heartily sick of the amount of threads about "Google banned me". It generally turns out that whoever posted the thread never bothered to read the TOS and then starts moaning here that their account has been bannned. It usually turns out somewhere later in the thread that they have violated the TOS, but of course, poor them, they never bothered to read them. Would they sign any other type of legally binding document without reading it? If the answer´s "yes", then I have a wonderful deal for them!!!!
It's the same song and dance with web hosting. The customers very rarely read the TOS, but they still click that little tick mark that says they read and agree to it. When they get suspended for breaking the TOS they make all kinds of threats.
I've read it and I've re-read it before, yet I probably have forgotten some important details already. (again) I like the 'plain English' versions of those ToS's, rather than all of the seemingly unnecessary legal jargon.
