Your server upgrades seem to have helped quite well. I'm getting currently better downloads than before. Hope it's also because of the gained popularity. Anyway, keep adding servers when there is big upload strain on the present ones.

Hi, I am on Mix plan now. But I don't get any revenue form download?
15 downloads. but 0 revenue

How can this happen I test click on a 1.4 GB file as a free user because I am concerned why certain files are not earning as they were with other hosts and so I get the countdown timer and then the download starts on a 1.4 GB file!! my max file size is supposedly set at 400mb. This is not good for those of us on PPS. I've tested other files as well and same thing although the wait went to 14hours it was still accessible for free download!

 

I got one problem.. I uploaded 2GB link for testing using FTP, it shows completed but there is no file..

What's wrong?

 

are you usijg the eu ftp? as with that i uploaded a file a minute ago and it worked fine almost instant though that was only a 1gb file

Never mind, files are there.. Appeared after 15 minutes.

 

ftp working perfectly , but i can't download same times more than 4 files.

 

hmm that doesnt seem normal, may just be due to the size :S - I have no idea tbh
