No one submits to search engines anymore. That's just a waste of time.

i understand n oone submits to search engines as search engine started to crawl on their own.

but i need some kind of all in one software
which sows the back links, a keyword generator, a sought of keyword suggetser, or a stats on keywords searched,...and how many times they were searched..

and a dir submitter! i suppose directory submission is till used to effective rankings

DP's got everything you need within it's tools.
    Keyword Tracker
    Keyword Suggestion
And most importantly the Forums. :)

    The rest is done manually.
    IMO

The only 'all in one ' tool I would recommend is your brain. use it wisely and it will achieve everything your heart desires in SEO/web marketing. Software is great, but it will not beat your brain. Why can't you submit manually? you will do 20 or so a day easily, with your eyes shut.

SEO software is just a tool and like many tools it can be used or misused. You will likely have better success with such tools if you first learn what needs to be done before selecting the tools.

Everyone has their preferences and for the few uses that I find software helpful I prefer Webposition Gold3.

Now before everyone starts to tell me that Google will penalize you if you use WPG, let me tell remind you that WPG3 can use the Google API for all queries to Google.

I have used web position gold before. It is a pretty nice tool but IMHO it is not worth the money. You can find all the same tools (web based) at DP or at other websites mentioned around this forum. I would just save the money and start reading up. YOu will learn more if you do it the 'manual' way and you will learn faster :D.

Different strokes for differnt folks I guess. I find that $150 is pretty easy to amortize over only a few hours saved as opposed to using less functional tools from four or five different places and trying to amalgamate them all into a single report for the client.

I do agree that you will perhaps learn more if you do it yourself but I did qualify my post with the idea that before you select the tool you should know enough about the process to make an intelligent choice.

Saving time is always something that I'm looking to do. If a product can help with that by automating things or making tedious processes go faster than it may be worth the money. I'll have to check out the free trial for WPG and see how it goes. Though I'm not sure anything could get me to abandon the Keyword tools from here at DP.

Posted on Google's own guidelines page.

"Don't use unauthorized computer programs to submit pages, check rankings, etc. Such programs consume computing resources and violate our terms of service. Google does not recommend the use of products such as WebPosition Goldâ„¢ that send automatic or programmatic queries to Google."

Hi Lunchbox, I guess you didn't read the entire thread especially the part where I posted that WPG is now using the Google API for ranking queries?

Or do you think that WPG using the API is not authorized?

Instead of submitting to search engines I go to www.blooger.com and blog this usually gets robots to look at the site

I agree, in fact webposition.com was delisted from the google index. IMO, this is because they are sending too much queries in a day. So i don't prefer using these SEO and similar softwares

you can try 1ps.biz, but I can warn you that only about 10% of catalogs will approve the listing, beside, it's no good to submit into too many catalogs simultaneously

You'll get all your requirements through webceo.. and much more. except for directory submission. But it helps you find good link partners and submit to them.
