    Hi

The steps were to initiate the transaction within your AlertPay account. You have not done that. There is no record of that transaction in your account.

For the security of your account, please do not post account specific information an on open forum.

Please follow the steps I sent you.

    Cheers

    Hi rahuldas14

Unfortunately, Visa and MasterCard processing is disabled. It stems from an integration issue within our system on our service providers.
We are working diligently to fix this issue. This is as frustrating for you as it is for us.

I have not been able to speak to anyone who is working on resolving this issue, so unfortunately I am not able to give a time line. I am hoping to get more information early next week.

American Express has not being affected by this issue, and still processing. You can suggest to your members to either attach their American Express credit cards to their AlertPay accounts, or purchase American Express prepaid cards.
I apologize for the inconvenience, and thank you for your patience.

    Cheers

    Sean

American Express is a rare entity in India.

Things like this harms your reliability. You should have atleast mailed all the users about this. Suddenly we came to know about this from customers.

    Dear Alertpay ,
Im not making accusations or blaming anyone but I want to get to the bottom of this and now have asked Barclays (instead of my bank Lloyds) to focus on the account holder and find out where the money went.
That bank account quoted is not mine Sean,it wont be on my file and seeing as Im British born and bred I can understand simple instructions in my own tongue lol.
I dont want to send money as Im long term with PP and it was just the firm I was trying to purchase from uses your company.
All Im trying to do is establish whose account it is and then take it from there.I just need a yay or nay that the said Barclays acct is/is not connected with alertpay.
Just to show you Im not thick I have just made a small cancelled deposit with alertpay ok?
    :(
    Thanks.

    Hi

Thank you for your interest and support of AlertPay. Unfortunately we are unable to support your country at this time due to the current geopolitical climate.

Please note that if we could support our valued members, we would, but this is regrettably out of our hands. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.

    Thanks for your understanding.
