    Hello Fellow DP members, I have designed a website http://friends2us.com/
    It currently has 2500 members and 1500 active members.
    i am looking for partnership.

    1. Me (Owner/founder) - 60%
    2. Partner #1 (Coder) - 10% - (General Coding of new ideas)
    3. Partner #2 (Designer) - 10% - (Layout of new ideas)
    4. Partner #3 (Main Investor) - 15% - 1500$
    5. Partner #4 (Investor) - 5% - 500$

    The revenue model is ready i have joined a ad network ContextWeb that pays well.
    I have very nice ideas for competing with the best available social networks. The strategy is already ready.
