Guess The Number - A New Post padding technique?

    No idea but when chain threads like the person above you / introduce yourself threads are locked on this forums.

    How are threads like :
    99 Cents Guess the Number
    2.5$ Guess the Number
    3$ Guess the Number
    2$ Guess the Number

    allowed in the contests section.
    I feel these are just some fun threads, may be iam wrong.

    I thought the Contests section was for some professional contests like the logo / banner designing content where the winner is awarded with amount like 50$/100$ whatever the sponsors decide, but these 1$ prize threads are started regularly nowadays.

    You are right mate. Contest forum for was some serious contests. :( Was.....

    Anyways, more than the post count i think those thread swere opened to get some DP adsense revenue. You know how ;)

    But seriously, we would like to see a more enjoyble and a professional kinda contest forum:)

    Nothing like FUN in guessing of numbers ... instead a mere wastage of time...

    Such topics are better suited to general chat ..

    You can also leave some red yourself to let them know what you think. That deters as much as us intervening. That kind of self-moderation helps as much as us slaving away.

    That is definietly going to help however some people dont want to lose 1 red point because they dont get enough greens either :( I know for sure that 1 red is enough to stop someone from doing something again and thats a very neat idea TOPS i feel like a moderator now :D:D:D
