    Filesonic already pays paypal fees while sending money to your paypal or other accounts. Also paypal too doesn't have any fee if the withdraw amount to your bank account is above certain value.

    Filesonic does wire transfer but only for huge amounts as its fees is high also they need sufficient proof to prevent fraudulent withdrawal.

    FTP delay can occur if file size is big (due to file moving from FTP server to regular server), anyway try EU server if your location is outside US.
