    Hi!

    i plan to buy a script like the tvstreamscript, for those who dont know this script. it automatically grabs the links from big video stream sites like megavideo and many more...

    is it ilegal to host such a site? i think im not hosting anything and the videohosters have to proof the videos, or is this wrong?!

    I dont think so its illegal, Because you are buying one script and that script has this feature .

    In the US (and other countries) just providing links (even though you do not host the material) is called "contributory infringement" - i.e. can get you sued if the material displayed is done so without the permission of the copyright holder (and it is your obligation to know).
