Funds from SBI(India) Bank Account can be Reversed?

    I recently did some SEO work of $400 for a person from Pakistan and his website is now ranking in Top 5 on Google.com but he is now threatening that I rank another of his website in Top 5 without any money or he will file a Dispute in Paypal. All money from my Paypal account is Auto-Withdrawn to my SBI(India) bank account. I am worried if this scammer from Pakistan wins Claim on Paypal then can they reverse the money and take out money from my SBI(India) Bank account to cover the money of claim from this person?

    paypal is banned pakistan already so he must have been paid from a different country account .

    Yeah, I just checked. He is from Pakistan but using Paypal account with USA details. Enlighten me on my question.

    He's just trying to get his money back. He's got no grounds, don't worry. Unless he paid from a hacked paypal account....

    No even paypal cant take money from your bank account without your permission or legal action , maximum they can do is limit your account with negative balance

    If he has paid from a hacked account, then the most PP can do is, just reverse the money back into his paypal a/c from ur paypal, and put your paypal balance in Negetive. They cannot reverse it from your bank if you have got the money in it, as they dont have the authority to do that.

    Moreover, in the worst case, if you have a Credit Card attached to your paypal a/c, then can try to settle the payment from your credit card and charge on it.

    1 More thing, Don't Deal With Pakistanis & Bangladeshis.....paypal dont allow these countries, and i have also experienced similar problem, so better stay away from them.
