    I completely understand your frustration.

    However, credit card processing has no bearing on your ability to withdraw to your bank account. That service remains intact.

    Do you have a bank account connected to your AlertPay account?

    If not, please PM me with your country and I will give you instructions on how to add a bank account and your withdrawing options.

    i have a bank account from USA in me alertpay account, and i have 2 withdraw transacctions in pending, i not understand why its still pending

    Unfortunately, recent delays in our bank transfer withdrawal functionality continue to persist. Our staff are working diligently with our providers to ensure that this service is operational as soon as possible.

    In the meantime, we would like to announce that US members now have the ability to withdraw funds by check. We are temporarily offering the check withdrawal service without fees. We recommend that you use this service as an alternative to bank transfer withdrawals for the time being. Should you wish to do so, simply cancel your pending bank transfer withdrawal transaction and create a check withdrawal from your US Dollar balance.

    Please note that check withdrawals are made out to the name and address that appears on the account. The delivery date of the checks will vary by region, but the average delivery time is 5-10 business days.

    We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused by the service delays.

    u read me first post i have a bank account in USA, well i not live in USA I CANT Request a Check,[ becose i receive 1 email and alertpay says if u live in usa u can request a check, well the problem is i not live in usa and i need me money , or only the members of alertpay from USA have consideration , and i dont know why i cant withdraw me money to me bank account, becose i not use visa or mc to withdraw me money. I hope alertpay not convert in the next epassporte ]
    That not a solution, and i answer how much days alertpay need to fix a problem 1 month :(

    I am very much disappointed after getting reply from your security team

    he asked me to provide color image of INDIAN GOVT Voter Identity card

    kindly tell him/her that INDIAN GOVT NEVER ISSUE VOTER IDENTITY CARD in color since independence ( 1947) , as a Indian I never saw color voter identity card in my life
    and INDIAN GOVT have no plan to issue the same in color in upcoming 50 years ,so I don't know how I collect color voter identity card :)

    Look how Indian govt voters id card looks ( sample collected from Google.com for understanding ) - - [​IMG]





    its a black and white card .
    In India Voter identity card means everything
    It proves persons identity as well as address proof
    even if any Indian wants to open a State bank of India account they can only produce voter identity card or ration card
    I don't know your security team ever heard about Indian govt ISSUED VOTERS CARD OR RATION CARD .


    anyway I replied to the ticket
    but I lost hope 99% for getting back my account because your security team still not giving me access back .
    hacker has the access .

    I lost my entire funds ,
    hacker hacked the account and now your security team giving me this type of reply .
    So I must say your company should improve support system

    really very disappointed .

    Again I want to say here that I don't have any intention to hurt you personally
    But as a employee of alert pay u should know the customers pain

    As it is against our User agreement, we kindly ask that you do not submit multiple tickets regarding the same issue.

    Alertpay India - Bank Withdrawal Pending For 4 days now.

    I initiated a bank withdrawal (Wire transfer) on the 10th and it is still pending. How long does it take to process the withdrawal. With every other withdrawal mode out of order, shouldnt Alertpay be more prompt in processing bank withdrawals??
