I would like to have a simple invoice script like this:

    Admin:
    - View invoice history (which user has paid which not) monthly
    - Admin can set script to send Overdue invoice reminder
    - View Invoice status(pending or paid)
    - Create/Edit client
    - Set due day: is the number of day after the invoice is sent
    - Total amount of paid $

    Client:
    - Register(username, email, password) and login
    - Profile:

    On the profile must see:

    - View invoice + status (pending, completed) by selecting month which will display

Transaction code (code from bank transfer or paypal)- entering manually
Payment method (selecting payment form: bank transfer, paypal, alterpay, etc)
    Overdue reminder (if having)

I don't need any special graphic, i just want it SUPER SIMPLE to use.

Please, tell me your price and if any question I am ready to answer.

What sort of payment systems do you need integrated? Everything else sounds straightforward. I would imagine the payment gateways taking the longest to develop.

AgileBill should work good for you else if you are looking something even better go for WHMCS.

If you have a strong budget and wish to get something built from scratch, let us know. Cheers

actually i do not need any integration. users must manually enter their monthly payment information like payment form(bank or wire transfer), amount, invoice number and save the entered data.then they will be able to see their payment history on their profile. nothing more

In that case, you'll also be needed a form within the admin section where the admin can create new invoices and assign them to a client? I do not think this part was included in your initial post...

As for the rest of the features, they seem pretty straightforward. I will PM you an estimate.
