Have you ever heard about a Unique URL Redirection Service?

Script is unique. I revised a lot of it myself and previous owner said he wrote it himself.
Very simple, no login required or other such things.
Previous owner claims that design is also unique but I don't really believe him

Look at the source and how it works. Check out the noframes. The bottom of the noframes is called from an include file, easy to change. If you get this site popular and people start to link to their short URL, the short URL will get PR which also will transfer PR to your links in the noframes.

Traffic: Almost none, 2-3 uniques a day average
There are about 50 short URLs created.

Why I am selling? I made this as an SEO strategy but I don't have the time to promote it and get it going.
