I am planning to open an online payment account so can anyone suggest me which is the safest online money receive and payment method..??

Paypal or Alertpay..

Paypal and Aletpay are safest methods..Moneybooker is better if u are an Indian user..

 

I use paypal for a long time and they are great. Just make sure that you are able to receive payments in your country

 

Paypal always the best.

Thanks for reply..But i read somewhere that paypal are providing verification code through credit card statement and i am going through some credit card statement issue so i can't use my credit card details.. ...

can anyone suggest me the online payment method without using my credit card??...

Then moneybookers should be the next best option. You could choose for a letter to verify your address and link your bank account with a small verification transaction that they send.
