I am just confuse....to final my keywords

    I have one silly question about keyword research please help me.

    Imagine we have 2 keywords

    1. weight loss
    2. weight loss products

    First keyword have 10,000 searches
    And
    for Second only 2,000

    My website is about weight loss product so definitely i want sells, But which keyword is best to optimize my website. So I can get Lot of sells.

    How I know from which keyword we get customers? If anyone know something about this then please let me know.

    Concentrate of customers and choose weight loss products. If you got high rank without right customers, what is the use of that rank.
