Good work, the layout now looks fixed in all browsers and I find the page itself really appealing. You should definitely convert your video to FLV, not everyone have the quicktime plugin installed.

Ok, the video is fine now, if you could increase it a little bit in size it could help. Also the face of the speaker in the video is too dark, you need a light source in front of him (I'm a photography enthusiast, don't blame me!)

 

I'm planning to make a new video. Yes I will make the best quality video for my site. Thanks Atanor.

I liked the page as it was before, but this is nice too. Clear and light, I'll just add a border with rounded corners and a darker background outside.
Nice work anyway
