Use of Google+

Does everybody uses Google+?do you think so ? is it as equal to FB?

 

Google + brings lot of traffic to our sites.

 

You think Google plus is equal to FB! No its more than FB specially its Hangout features. FB is still trying to launch voice chat application but Google+ go one step further and launched video chat.

 

I don't think everyone is using Google+. Yes it is true most of the social media lover create their Google+ account in Google+, but still they love to spend most of the time on FB. It is basically because of FB mania and the features they are providing us. Google+ still in its early day and need lots to improve.

 

google+ is better than Fb but its take time to popular....

 

Need Pages to promote our service like it has in fb.

Yes it is the only drawback that Google plus still has. They should do something to overcome it. Or else they will lose their market.

Yes i uses Google plus its better then fb? Circle choice is awesome.

 

Can't really tell at this point. Google SEO regarding these social networks with some value for rankings is inevitable, but when it will happen exactly is too vague to foresee for now.

Personally though, I still prefer FB over Plus. Google's sad attempt at carbon-copying FB is just... sad.

 

Those guys at Google are really great. I'm sure they'll try in every way to outdo FB. I'll just register there today?

It's about 'quality vs quantity':
You have more users on facebook. So in a marketing technical way it's still a good option for social networks. It's true that the market is overcrowded on facebook and a lot of users does not really be interested in any advertising stuff in facebook any more because of that. With G+ you have less people than on FB but you get percentaged more people that are interested what's happens on the web these days and so you get a better chance that some people are interested in your products. That's the status today. So the best way to find it out is try both networks for your products and after a while you'll see which one is the better one for each product.

If you want to look forward in time:
Why should Google create such a service when it's not the idea to become no1? FB is the plattform in general these days. Google is new in all that social media stuff so just let them learn what it's all about and I think we will have a very strong and usefull service with G+ soon. If it ever will be more used than FB we'll see.

 

Google plus is great in more developed feature of friends sorting. Instead of publishing the message with an ad to all the friends and making them block your updates, you can set a new circle of leads and publish to them only. Let's wait a little when it will become more popular. Hopefully it will get out of Gmail limitas as Gmail is only no.3 webmail in the world after Yahoo and Hotmail. That means that lots of people will not be able to use it as they will need to sign up for google account.

 

@maruxz: G+ is ok but definitely not the perfect platform yet. Circles, er ... It's not good enough as long as there is no availability to interleave the circles. Google should (and I hope they will) include more helpful functionality. Remember it's Google and we all know what their technical capabilities are without loosing anything in usability. But that's a point for the future in case it becomes the platform for everyone or just a better platform than all the others just for the people want to have all in it what such a platform should have.

 

Their competition purposes are same but the social networking king is of course face book.
