Few days ago I’ve purchased a 365 days premium service, on Saturday I’ve tested the account using MiPony, all went well (downloads), than I’ve tried the same test using Synologie’s DS211 “Download Station” and failed so I went back to MiPony and this time it failed also, so I thought that I would try going to the filesonic.com to see if I could work out what is happening and got this: “We have detected some suspicious behaviour coming from your IP address (xx.xx.xx.xx) and have been temporarily blocked. Reason code: 9999”.

The only part of the filesonic website I could access was helpdesk.filesonic.com/anonymous_requests/new so I’ve sent a message to explain the situation, now it’s Monday, there is no answer and I’m still getting the same error…


I have few days off so it would be nice to be able to use the service again

 

How can it be possible ? I sold one premium through my website, but it didn't counted as premium sold ?

Perhaps once of your clients was hammering the Filesonic servers and got your IP banned. I am sure Hish will fix it ASAP, you came to the right place.

Perhaps the file that was purchased isn't yours (do you have another uploader on your website?).

No, I only have my own links on my website and premium leads to http://www.filesonic.com/file/0 - it means that someone buy account through banner, I think...

 

If he bought it through the banner you should be credited for the sale.

So I have no idea.

The MiPony might have been downloading while I attempted to test the Synologie’s client, however I would not say that there was an excessive activity by any means.

 

Same thing happend to many times.Filesonic told me that it's some cache problem.

 

Ok I'm having trouble with them to , first I keep on logged out while I'm downloading, I always tick "remember me" but I still get logged out, when I'm downloading something it stops in the middle and then I have to log in again and start again. this happened a few times in a row then suddenly I got a message saying my IP has been blocked.

I entered the recaptcha but I can't open a ticket as everytime I enter my premium account email I get an error saying I already have an account, so I can't log in nor can I open a ticket. So I set them a reply from my email where another ticket i opened, got a confirmation they recieved it, but no reply, so I sent a new email to the helpdesk and recieved the confirmation of them recieving it and it containing my IP and my user name/email I regstered with as a premium and my full name, they still have'nt replied nor did they unblock me. I don't know what to do or how to get intouch with them, can anyone give me some advice on what I should do. Thanks for any help or advice anyone can offer me.
