Alright, I'm selling a forum I don't have time to manage anymore. I admit, it's pretty inactive atm. That's why I'll be happy to sell it cheap as well. Another issue is that since I'm hosting it on my own server, if you want it, you'll have to move it to your own server. I will provide you with full backup of the files and the database and will transfer the domain to your go daddy account.

It's basically a music-related forum. My goal was to make a place for indie musicians and music lovers to communicate and share. So sad that life didn't let me continue working on it. :/

your screen shot is still not proof that could be another website.... and there is no link URL at the top to tell us its the cpanel for that forum

why would he have no information never been on line but yet has still got an account? as well as not posting anything if u can prove to me Ur traffic and ur members are actually real i will happily buy

 

Alright, sad for humanity that nobody can trust anyone anymore, but that's totally understandable nowadays.

1. Yes, there's no revenue. In fact, I've never even tried installing ads on the forum, so it's been ad-free up to now.
2. Well, that's the only source of stats I've got, the cpanel of the website. You can see the link "purelytunes.com" on the second box left. I can take as many screenshots as you want, or video call and share my screen with you if that would be enough.
3. Most of those members are probably bots. We had an issue with spams a while ago but with some security enhancement they don't post spams anymore. However, they still seem to be joining the website. The registration method is so that a random password is sent to the user's email account, which shows that most bots can still join, but can't log into their accounts afterwards. From the members list you can see how many members have actually posted something. I just counted and there are 52 members who have posted on the forums.

To clarify again, I haven't been able to work on this site for over a month now, so it is pretty inactive now. That's why I'm not expecting a ridiculously high price. Look at it as an already installed MyBB forum with an installed theme, a custom logo, some installed plugins, unique forum structure and forum descriptions, a top level domain, and almost 1000 posts. With some effort this can be turned into a successful music forum.

I was interested in buying this site, mainly because of the name.. however on closer inspection it seems you have deeper issues with this site:

Could you please show proof of what you just said? I never encountered such issue so please tell us how you came to that threat.

According to URLVoid website scanner, the following services have said that my site is clean:

It may be coincidence - but since posting you the threat warning, i am now unable to reproduce it.

I tried 3 times previously and each time that exploit was flagged up, but now nothing.

 

Interesting. It might've been a mistake from the scanner you used. Let me know if you bump into that warning again and please do take a screenshot of the details so that I could look more into it.
